Data processed
Account and profile details, contact information, licences, logbook entries, applications, invitations, crew rosters, posts, comments and private messages you provide. Technical cookies support sessions and form security.
Purposes and legal bases
Accounts and requested features serve contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Service security and complaint handling serve legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Legally required records rely on Article 6(1)(c). Optional tracking is not currently connected.
Who can see data
Posts and profiles follow visibility settings. Access to participation data depends on event and crew roles. Private messages are available to conversation participants; moderators may access them when investigating a complaint.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods for public launch are still being finalised. Send deletion requests to the contact below; linked records and retention obligations are considered. Automatic deletion of all data is not implemented in the current MVP.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
